Due to our years of experience, we have been able to gain a list of recommended contractors who we will use to carryout any works no matter how small these works maybe!

JCM can also undertake the running of major works works drawing up schedule of works and overseeing the works are completed professionally (in some cases we may use an independent surveyor to carryout this task if requested)

Major Works such as Internal, External redecoration or roof repairs etc 

This includes dealing with the Clients and Tenants and their requirements then implementing a schedule of works and sending such schedules out to tender, sending out all relevant notices to all Tenants and keeping the Client informed under the relevant Commonhold and Leasehold reform act and overseeing the works right through to completion. Our fee for the above is generally 10 - 15% of the costs of such works + vat.
